A B2B productivity SaaS struggling to convert free trials into paid users. The product was solid — the funnel was the problem.
The Challenge
The client had strong user acquisition but a leaky funnel. Users signed up for free trials but churned before seeing the product's value. The onboarding flow was confusing, the landing page spoke to features instead of outcomes, and there was no automated nurture sequence to guide users to their first 'aha' moment.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the entire conversion journey from first click to paid subscription. New landing page with outcome-focused messaging, a completely redesigned 7-step onboarding flow that gets users to value in under 10 minutes, and an automated email sequence triggered by user behavior that guides hesitant users back to the product.
